Classical Dash is a specialist manufacturer and restoration company focused on high-quality dashboards, veneer trims, and interior components for classic and prestige vehicles. Now part of the BMH Ltd group, Classical Dash continues to operate with the same craftsmanship, attention to detail, and specialist expertise it has been known for since its founding.
Classical Dash was founded in 1995 by Ian Bond, the company’s Managing Director.
After spending ten years working within the automotive wood trim industry, Ian established Classical Dash to provide a dedicated service to enthusiasts and specialists requiring the manufacture and restoration of dashboards and veneer trims for classic and sports cars.
The company initially focused on the manufacture of flat dashboards for marques such as Lotus, Triumph, and Austin Healey, supplying well-known specialists including Paul Matty Sports Cars, Rimmer Bros, and AH Spares. Alongside this, Classical Dash developed a strong reputation for restoring dashboards for vehicles where remanufacture is not straightforward, including Jaguar and Rolls-Royce.
